Una Gil’s design practice uses both digital and print media to challenge, question, and explore ideas, bringing them to life through clever concepts and details. Her illustrations are rooted in notions of nostalgia and femininity, referencing her childhood and personal experiences to create dreamlike compositions that tell stories.
Una is currently a Visual Designer at Mogo. She has previously worked with And A Half Branding & Design Studio, Educe Design & Innovation, Woo Publication, Emily Carr University’s Health Design Lab, BC Centre for Disease Control, and Terra Breads. She holds a Bachelor of Design with a major in Communication Design from Emily Carr University in Vancouver, BC.
